Refund Policy

Government and embassy fees

The official visa fee, appointment fee, and any charges collected on behalf of an embassy, consulate, or visa processing partner are generally non-refundable once submitted, regardless of the outcome of your application. This is standard policy across all visa processing centers and is outside our control.

Our service fee

• If you cancel before we submit your application to the embassy or visa center, our service fee is refundable in full.
• If you cancel after submission, our service fee is non-refundable, as the work has already been carried out.
• If your application is rejected due to an error on our part, we will refund our service fee in full.

How to request a refund

Contact us through your account or email support@visabae.com with your application reference. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
