By creating an account and using Visabae to prepare and submit a visa application, you agree to these terms.

Our service

Visabae is a visa application assistance service. We help you complete your application, collect the required documents, and submit them to the relevant embassy, consulate, or visa processing partner (such as VFS Global) on your behalf. We do not control, and cannot guarantee, the outcome of any visa decision — approval or rejection is solely at the discretion of the relevant embassy or consulate.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information and documents.
• Ensure documents you upload are genuine and belong to you or your declared sponsor.
• Respond promptly if we or the embassy request additional documents.

Fees

Our fees consist of the official visa/appointment fee (passed through to the embassy or visa center), applicable currency conversion charges and GST, and our service fee. These are itemized before you pay.

Account security

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Visabae after changes means you accept the updated terms.
